Classes That Make You Feel Confident!
Prenatal education is extremely important, especially for first-time parents or if you felt confused during your previous birth on your options. Taking up prenatal classes provides information about birth, breastfeeding, pregnancy, and the transition into parenthood. These classes can help in communicating with your provider, the choices you have for birth. They also spark questions you may want to discuss with your provider, partner, and even your care team.

Childbirth Education
Learn the basics about pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum journey for all birthing folks.
When: 4pm-8pm December 18th

Minimum of 2 couples maximum of 4 couples per class.
